Mivisi is a marketplace platform for users to post, discover, chat, make offers, and deal for nearby products through photos and videos. Mivisi is a platform and is not the owner or seller of user-listed products.
Mivisi may review, approve, reject, hide, or delete listings that violate policies or appear unsafe, fake, spam, or misleading.
Chats and offers are provided to help buyers and sellers communicate. Users are responsible for verifying product condition, ownership, price, and seller/buyer identity before completing any deal.
Mivisi may provide paid features such as buyer premium contact reveal, seller plans, shop plans, extra posts, and boosted listing visibility. Benefits, limits, and expiry dates are shown in the app and may change over time.
Payments are processed using Razorpay or other payment providers. Payment success unlocks eligible features automatically. If payment fails, the paid feature is not unlocked.

Users must follow safety guidance in the app and on the Safety Tips page. Mivisi is not responsible for offline meetings, product quality, cash transactions, or disputes between users, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Users can request account deletion through the app or delete account page.
Mivisi provides the platform “as is”. Users are responsible for their listings, conversations, payments outside the app, and offline deals.
