Paid Features

Mivisi may offer paid features including Buyer Premium, Weekly Seller, Shop Monthly, Extra Posts, and Boost Plans.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other payment providers. Payment success unlocks eligible features automatically. Failed payments do not unlock paid benefits.

Plan Expiry

• Buyer Premium plans expire based on selected duration.
• Weekly Seller badge and seller benefits expire after 7 days.
• Shop Monthly badge and shop benefits expire after 30 days.
• Boosts apply to selected listings for the selected duration.

Refunds

Digital features, boosts, post credits, and premium access are generally non-refundable once activated or used, except in cases of duplicate payment, technical failure where benefits were not delivered, or where required by law.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If payment was debited but benefits were not unlocked, contact support with payment ID and screenshot. We will verify the transaction and resolve it by unlocking benefits or processing refund where applicable.
