Buyer Safety

• Check the product in person before paying.
• Do not pay advance to unknown sellers.
• Meet in a public, safe, well-lit place.
• Verify product condition, bill, ownership, and serial number where applicable.
• Never share OTP, UPI PIN, passwords, or bank details.

Seller Safety

• Do not share exact home address publicly.
• Use approximate location only for listing display.
• Meet buyers in public places when possible.
• Beware of fake payment screenshots and QR code scams.
• Do not hand over the item until payment is confirmed in your account.

Report Problems

Report fake listings, fraud, spam, unsafe behavior, or policy violations from the app. Mivisi may review and take action against unsafe accounts or listings.
