Mivisi is a short video marketplace app where users can post, discover, save, chat, make offers, and buy or sell nearby products.

Information We Collect

• Profile details such as name, phone number, seller type, and profile preferences.
• Product listing details such as title, price, category, description, tags, photos, videos, and listing status.
• Location information when you post or browse nearby listings. Exact GPS may be stored privately for sorting and safety, but buyers see only approximate area or distance such as “Around area” or “within 3 km”.
• Chat, offer, saved item, report, notification, and payment related records.
• Device and technical data needed for app security, diagnostics, and Firebase services.

How We Use Information

• To show nearby listings and improve marketplace discovery.
• To submit listings for admin approval and display approved listings.
• To enable chat, offers, saved items, contact reveal, reports, and notifications.
• To process premium plans, seller plans, boosts, and payment status.
• To protect users from fraud, spam, unsafe behavior, and policy violations.

Location Privacy

Mivisi stores exact latitude and longitude for internal nearby sorting, fraud prevention, and seller safety. Exact location is not shown publicly. Public screens show approximate area or distance only.

Photos and Videos

Users may upload product photos and videos. These files are used to display product listings and help buyers understand product condition. Users must not upload illegal, harmful, fake, or misleading content.

Contact Reveal and Premium

Seller phone numbers may be masked for normal buyers. Premium buyers may reveal contact details subject to plan limits. Contact reveal history may be stored for safety and abuse prevention.

Payments

Mivisi may use Razorpay or similar payment providers to process premium plans, seller plans, extra posts, and boosts. Mivisi does not store card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials in the app. Payment status and transaction identifiers may be stored for records and support.

Third-Party Services

Mivisi may use Firebase, Google services, Razorpay, and other service providers for authentication, database, file storage, analytics, payments, and app operations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared only with service providers, legal authorities when required, or for safety, fraud prevention, and app operation.

Data Deletion

Users can request account deletion from the app or through the delete account page. See Delete Account / Data Deletion.

Children

Mivisi is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. Users should use the app responsibly and legally.

Changes

We may update this policy when features, legal requirements, or business processes change.
